- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and support teams to validate features and resolve issues;
- Handle support tickets, reproduce issues, and follow them through to resolution;
- Contribute to release and patch planning, including impact assessment and validation of fixes;
- Maintain and optimize regression test suites with a risk-based approach;
- Mentor junior QA engineers and continuously improve QA processes and ways of working.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, preferably on complex business applications;
- Strong knowledge of the full QA lifecycle and testing methodologies;
- Excellent manual testing skills and ability to derive test scenarios independently;
- Proven experience in defect investigation and root cause analysis;
- Hands-on experience with log analysis and monitoring tools (e.g., Elastic, DataDog);
- Experience with Playwright automation (executing and contributing to test suites);
- Strong API testing skills using tools like Postman;
- Experience with tools such as Jira, GitLab, and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow);
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and multi-environment testing;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
